Hainan Trip 2007

Decided to post an entry of my hainan trip so that whenever i look back, this entry would remind me of my first trip in HaiNan.

Our room for 1st day, stayed over at his great grandpa’s house.. =)

We went over to see the huge buddha and saw lotsa of couples getting married on that day.. thinking back, i find it so sweet~! hehe..=)

Yes, and this buddha is really huge. can’t rmb how tall it is but when u move to the left or right, its so huge that its always looking at you. Stunning!

An old house in the middle of the jungle/forest… haha its really amazing that i get to see all this in my life, i mean living in singapore has always been shielded with vertical buildings which forbid us from looking into another part of the world who are living in much more lower end than us.. but despite this, they are still so happy with what they had. Sometimes i do think travelling can broaden one’s mind, not just purely enjoying shopping, but i feel that we should always stop and take a look around each and every corner of the country and contemplate on what they had that we do not have..or rather the other way round, it makes us feel how fortunate we are..=) I love travelling…
