Bintan 2010

An impromptu Bintan Trip this year. Was kinda bored and wanted to go somewhere else to explore and we saw this Agro Beach Bintan Resort advertised at one travel agency while we were having our stay at Value Thomson Hotel. Therefore, we decided to try it out as my bday celebration. Only spent 2D1N cos Mr Guin is too busy with his work. Hoo hoo, its rather hard to take leave when doing work for your own people. =(

Off to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal early in the morning on a Saturday. Lotsa of people go there for golf, heard there’s a  golf resort over there.

Finally reached! Took about 2hrs -3hrs to reach there. It was raining heavily and we couldn’t do much stuff, mr guin was pretty sad and disappointed with the weather.. poor him. LOL

Time to check in. Spot this yellow bag penguin waiting at the receptionist? Lol.

We were shock to receive such a HUGE room, cos we thought our room was something else, but den again, the price was not expensive at all. We spent about 150 ++ including ferry per pax. Kinda reasonable and cheap and the restaurant there are in rupiah so the meals are much much cheaper! Our lunch was only $16. Woohoo, and the portion was huge and yummY!

Oh, and some artiste who actually came to this place. Didn’t know so much people came here.. i wonder if my room has been stayed by any of them?

Used the Wi-fi in the lobby cos it was raining..haha..Got to serve my food before they are infested with mozzys.. lol

And thanks to my colleagues who bought me this hello kitty keyboard, loving it! Its super slim, hope i get used to the super slim and small keyboard. Haha, now i have a hello kitty mouse and keyboard on my ofc table, what’s next?
